To open an account with heybazi, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited. Your real name, date of birth, and contact details are required at registration.

Each person may only hold one account. If the same individual is found using multiple accounts, all accounts will be blocked and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited. If multiple family members share the same device or IP address, you must notify heybazi in advance.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, heybazi may request a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence at any time. This verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals.

• Enter a valid mobile number during registration — it is required for OTP verification.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of letters and numbers.
• To update your account details, please contact our support team.
• Inactive accounts will automatically become dormant after 12 months.

All bonuses come with a wagering requirement. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before you can withdraw. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet are final. Odds may shift due to network delays, in which case the odds recorded in the heybazi system will apply.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
